Michael is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Become, Inc. and is responsible for the direction, strategy and execution of a top comparison shopping site. He founded Become.com in January 2004 with the goal of developing the next generation shopping search engine, and Become, Inc. has since raised over $37 million in venture capital from TPG, EFF, Transcosmos, and Ron Conway. Prior to this, Michael founded mySimon.com in 1998 and served as its CEO; mySimon raised $30 million in venture capital from Intel, Brentwood, and Sprout and was acquired by CNET for $700 million in 2000.
Prior to mySimon.com, Michael held positions at Xerox Corp., Intergraph Corporation, TeleVideo, Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., and Jazz Multimedia, Inc. Michael has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, MS degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and MBA degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He has served on the advisory board of the Stanford Institute of Economic Policy Research (SIEPR) at Stanford University. Michael holds a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Greg heads up Business Development, Sales and Client Service efforts at Become.com. As the person responsible for generating revenue he works closely with key strategic partners Google, Yahoo!, MSN, eBay as well as leading online retailers and their agencies.
Prior to joining Become.com Greg worked at NexTag, a leading comparison shopping site, where he managed the growth of the product shopping categories and merchant partner network including: eBay, Amazon, Target and Wal-Mart. Prior to joining NexTag, Greg led business development and marketing efforts at LiquidPrice.com, a reverse auction web-site, and worked as a consultant and analyst at Asia Pacific Ventures, a venture capital & consulting firm. Greg holds an MBA degree from the Marriott School of Management and a BA in political science from Brigham Young University.

Jon heads the development of Become.com’s comparison shopping service and product search technology. Prior to joining Become.com, he managed Internet search initiatives for Yahoo! Search, including web crawling, indexing and ranking. A noted authority on search engine design and ranking technology, Jon is a frequent speaker on search-related issues and has presented at numerous conferences including: Search Engine Strategies, Digital Life, Web Search University, Internet Librarian, ISPcon and at India’s National Institute of Technology.
Prior to Yahoo!, Glick served as Director for Web Search for Overture Services, and Director of Product Marketing for AltaVista. He has also held positions at Raychem Interconnect, Booz•Allen & Hamilton, and The Lincoln Electric Company. Glick holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and received his BS in Computer Aided Mechanical Design from Cornell University.

Arjun Jayaram is the head of engineering at Become.com overseeing research and development of research, product search, search engine marketing and other machine algorithms for Become.com. Arjun has over fifteen years of software engineering management and architecture experience. Arjun joined Become from BEA Systems where he was the principal architect and was the lead architect for the company's world wide field operations integration efforts. Prior to BEA, Arjun was a senior development manager at the PeopleTools division of PeopleSoft where he led the development of several products for life cycle management.
Prior to PeopleSoft Arjun has been in management and architect positions at Sybase and Honeywell. Arjun is a speaker at Java conferences and SOA conferences. Arjun received his dual MBA in strategic management and marketing management from California State University East Bay and has a B.Tech in computer science and engineering from Calicut University India.

Peter heads up lead generation at Become.com and manages the cross-functional team responsible for expanding the company into new vertical markets. He has over sixteen years of experience in business development, internet marketing, sales management, product development, M&A, and finance.
Prior to Become.com, Peter launched his internet career at InsWeb as the VP of Strategic Partnerships. Since then, he has been the Senior Director of New Ventures and Acquisitions at Visa’s e-commerce division as well as the Director of Business Development at NexTag. His internet expertise spans across online education, mortgage, payments, insurance, and credit card verticals. Additionally, Peter served in a line management role as Vice President at Wells Fargo and executed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and international joint ventures within the Corporate Strategy and Development group at Bank of America. Peter holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and received his BS in Finance and Marketing from University of Colorado, Boulder.

Ted leads the Accounting and Finance areas and brings more than 18 years of financial management experience to Become. Prior to this role, Ted served as Corporate Controller for PaymentOne Corporation where he oversaw the accounting organization that supported the company’s aggressive expansion.
Ted has also held several financial management positions at Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of Hawaii in the Internet banking, Trust & Wealth Management, and Investment areas. Ted started his career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Rochester, New York where he performed financial statement audits and special projects for financial services and retail clients. Ted is a certified public accountant and holds a BA in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
