Adidas Response Trail Shoes

The dog days of summer are almost over, and if you haven’t had a chance to go anywhere yet thanks to summer school, work or just general laziness (it happens), it’s not too late to enjoy a weekend away from everything by driving up to the local lake or woods. Not only is it refreshing to be surrounded by nature and away from the bright lights of the city, but it also provides a very nice opportunity to get some exercise with trail running. Most importantly, it doesn’t matter if you’re alone or in a group, there’s plenty to do and enjoy when you’re outdoors.

Now you’re probably thinking to yourself, “well golly geez, going outdoors and running sounds swell, but what kind of gear do I need?” Well, it’s awfully simple, especially if you already own a pair of Adidas Response trail shoes, but here’s a handy list to help get you started so that you can hit the outdoors as soon as possible:

• Depending on when you plan to run, owning two pairs of trail running shoes is recommended. One for running on long distances and the other for running in mud or snow.
• If you’re looking for a short run, purchase a lightweight trainer shoe.
• If you’re running during summer, then a pair of think socks will provide you with the most comfortable experience. If you’re running during the winter, then purchase some thick socks.
• Although exercise shorts are fine for running, tights are something you might want to consider.
• Meryl, elasthane and polyester shirts provide some of the best fabrics.
• If the weather takes a turn for the worse, a parka or rain jacket along with thin long-sleeved tops are great to pair with your Adidas Response Trail running shoes.

As always, it’s beneficial to always run with a partner when venturing out to the woods. You never know when you’ll have an unexpected accident or injury, and in case you get chased by any angry bears or mountain lions. Hey, at least there’s another target.
