I got the blonde ballarina for a child for christmas and she was the prettiest doll. The is a remake of a pretty old classic. My mom has an old Terry Lee doll with the same face. Hopefully the hair is better now. Very pretty doll.

This is a great Elmo doll....so BIG! But if you really want one, I recommend stopping by your local Albertson's food store where they have nice, 3-foot versions of Elmo for only $29.99. They look almost exactly the same as this one.

I just got this for my daughter for her Birthday. I am really pleased with it. Elmo's fur is very soft and he is huge! (More so than we expected) Our daughter is 6. She is crazy about Elmo (so am I, I must admit -- he's much better than Barney or teletubbies!) and I know she will want to hold onto him for a long time. You can find him on her bed or on the floor with her sitting or lying on top of him like a pillow. He's pretty sturdy. It is a great, unique present for any one who loves Elmo. If you want something special that really gets a wow! The 3 foot Elmo is your man. I also hunted all over the net and have to say this was an excellent price. Don't get him confused with a really cheapo version by fisher price (the fisher price Elmo doll is so poorly made. It is cheap and ugly) The Gund one is made out of really nice fabric and much bigger. I give this a thumbs up all around for quality - looks and price.

BIG BUCKS for this Elmo doll, which isn't much different than the other smaller versions. This item is EXTREMELY POOR VALUE FOR THE PRICE.... Not worth it... If you insist on purchasing it - [it is kinda cute] - I strongly recommend shopping around for the best possible price. You may be very pleasantly surprised at what you find.
