First of all the quality is not good. Related items like ones by Colby are better and cost around $25 in stores. It doesn't support any form of karaoke...do not buy.

I was having a hard time deciding which karaoke player to buy, but liked the sound of a 5 disc changer. I read the reviews, many of which were negative, but decided to try it anyway with the hope that they were wrong. When it came, it buzzed, clicked, and whirred just like another reviewer had said it would. No matter what I did, it would not play the discs I tried (regular or karaoke). Then, it wouldn't give me my cd back. After some effort (button pressing, shutting it down) it finally gave me back the disc. Fortunately, I had ordered it from a store and was able to return it--otherwise I would have been stuck with shipping costs.

This product was poorly made, some of the buttons did not function properly on the machine, the discs took so long to load that you would think it wasn't working at all. The item was unsatisfactory and it was returned. I would not purchase anything in the Vocopro brand again.

This is definitely the only type in the market that is 5 DVD capable. Well, I guess it was too good to be true. Got mine and it wouldn't work from the start. Of of the 5 DVD slots, only one was acessible. Getting it to play required about 20 minutes of pushing "play" and "eject". When it finally did play, I plugged in my microphones and, by now, to no surprise, no sound what so ever from the mic. jacks. These were brand new microphones, I tell you. Fiddled around with all sorts of controls, went out and bought expensive moster cables and still no sound from the integrated mixer. After 3 hours, I gave up on it! Next day, I went to the vocopro website and contacted support. I told him what was happening and he said, "Oh, there seems to be a bad patch of these that went out by accident. We have been getting lots of calls with regards to not being able to eject and no sound." Then I asked him if there was serial # that corresponds to the bad ones. To which he answered "No". So there folks, stay away from this machine and probably this company. I hope vocopro doesn't make it on the TV show "Made in America".

I am not satified with my order at all. We have yet to receive one that even works! We are waiting for the third one to be sent. I can say their customer service is great though. But as for the product...right now not impressed

Bought two of these radios a year ago.... Negatives: 1. No resume function for SD/USB cards. This means that the player always starts from the very first song on your card/drive, regardless of where it had stopped previously. 2. CD/DVD function disables SD/USB drives. Once a CD or DVD is installed the unit does not allow you to select from either USB or SD. Therefore you are forced to remove the CD from the drive before being able to use your SD card. This is an annoyance. 3. Bluetooth speakerphone function unimpressive When the radio is paired to your bluetooth cell phone... calls accepted through the radio is accompanied by a lot of background noise. You must therefore turn the radio volume up significantly...and then risk bursting your ear drums when it reverts to radio...and please note if you are using SD or USB my first comment above kicks in at this point. That is, the music starts over from the first track...but since you may very well be deaf from having turned up the volume significantly to take your phone call, you may not even notice! Positives: Too numerous to mention....but here are a few: 1. Ease of installation (DIY project) 2. The ability to play DVD,USB,SD,CD 3. Bluetooth pairing with cell phone is simple 4. etc.
