To eat meat fondue, spear a piece of meat and plunge it in the hot oil. Allow it to sit until the meat is cooked to your liking. Remove the fork and place it on your plate.
This is my spin on a popular creamy cheese fondue. Have fun with it and incorporate the cheeses and veggies you like. Serve with veggies and bread sticks.
If the pot does not have a ring, use as little oil as possible. Do not use a ceramic fondue pot for meat; they will not withstand the high temperature required for oil.
