   My charger buzzed loudly when pluged in and discharged my ipod when connected. I mean that I connected my I ipod with 3/4 charger and when I disconnected it there was no charge! I'll Stick with USB Cable.

   Does anyone know if an 8gb 3rd generation ipod nano will work with the iluv i77?

   I love these little stereos. The best thing is that they charge your IPod and they are compatible with all versions. Its nice because you can choose to wake to the radio, your IPod, or a stationary alarm sound. It also has a handy remote that keeps me from having to reach over my husband to turn off my alarm.(There are 2 alarms that you can set) I have bought this for my sister and nephew and they are both completely satisfied with them.

   I bought the iLuv almost a year ago, and it's worked fine, until recently. When I dock my iPod, it usually doesn't work until I try undocking and docking it another couple of times. Other than that, though, I like the sound, and the alarm is good. If you're planning on taking it from place to place, though, be advised that the date and time reset every time you unplug it for over an hour. Overall, it's worth it.

   This dock is half the price of the Apple dock and accomplishes the same thing. It worked fine for me with my 80 GB 5th generation iPod and my old mini. It comes with all the cables needed to sync, charge, and connect the ipod to external speakers. I don't play videos on my ipod so I don't need this dock to output the video. My only wish is that it came in black.

   EDIT: Today this dock stopped working properly. My iPod does not sense power from the dock and does not charge while its docked. I also have to turn the ipod off and back on when I first insert it into the dock in order for it to sense power from the dock. For 4 hours the ipod was sitting on the dock and wasn't charging. Now, the battery is completely dead and I had to use the regular apple power cord to charge it some to get it to even turn on. When I dock it now, on a half charge, and turn it off so that it can sense power from the dock, it still doesn't charge. I looked and the ipod thinks its fully charged. I would say its my ipod and not the dock, except why does it work just fine when plugged in via USA, the apple power cord, my car charger, and while running on the small charge it has? This dock is half the price of the Apple dock and accomplishes the same thing. It worked fine for me with my 80 GB 5th generation iPod and my old mini.    I use this product to connect my iPod Nano 2G to my home stereo receiver. The connection works fine if connected to the CD port on the receiver. Any other ports (at least on my receiver) do not have adequate amplification. The only problem I had was the adaptor for the Nano provided with the product did not fit my iPod. So I don't use any of the adaptors provided with the product and it works fine just mounted (without adaptor) on the receiving port. I needed to buy a separate cable to connect the product to the RCA ports on the receiver but the cable was inexpensive. I am using this simple setup to replace a large, expensive digital jukebox that recently "bit it".

   This is a great little case. It's very hard to find anything for the Ipod Mini, so the choices were not looking too good, until I stumbled onto this case, not only is it the same color as my Ipod, it fits perfectly. It's not too bulky at all, you can charge without taking it out of the case and use the dial with ease. I'm very pleased with this product all around.

   I purchased this product through warehouse deals here and it cost only $65. For the small package, it provides excellent amplification and crisp sound even at high volumes. It usually sells for around $180 or so, which is a bit steep compared to the other systems. It comes with a several feet long FM antenna(wire) which apparently you have to tape to the wall! Also comes with a strange (large) loop AM antenna-which you have to screw into the wall! The mesh over the front speakers covers almost the entire top, thus is prone to collecting a lot of dust, and there is no way to clean it. There doesn't seem to be a way to shut down (I hope I am wrong) the system without unplugging it and the side tweeters keep flashing a blue light and the display keeps on cycling useless things. The remote control is very intuitive, but must be pointed directly at the sensor and at a conical angle of 15 degrees. I really wanted to conect these to my laptop, got the right cables, but then I can barely hear the sound. Probably, something can be done about this. But, thanks to Mr. Gates that won't be easy.

   This stereo is a great gift, or to keep for yourself. It has awesome sound, and it is small and doesn't take up a whole lot of space.
