The Everlast Medicine ball is a great way to add variety to any fitness program. This ball is durable and fun to use. The surface feels just like a basketball, and I really like its dark gray color.

Looks sturdy, doesn't slide easily from hands or knees, and compared to other Med Balls I've seen, was a good price for quality.
