   Colorful, slim, holds discs securely...maybe to securely. The only real potential drawback of these cases are the occasional difficulty of getting the disc back out. Other than that they are a nice change from basic black or clear.

   A reviewer below was not happy about how lightly the DVD Cases hold the DVD's. Memorex actually has an answer to that comment on their website. I am going to post it here... Both CD and DVD discs have a circular center hub - the axis on which the disc spins when inserted into a drive. But DVD discs are made differently from CDs; while CDs are made from one layer of plastic, DVDs are made from two tiny layers of plastic that, together, match the standard thickness of a CD.    Cases were fine for price paid..although cheap plastic and 4 of them were broken when received

   A very good price for this product, however Amazon does not package them very well for shipping, as noted in other reviews. Minimal packing material resulted in 4 of them arriving damaged. It wasn't bad enough to merit the hassle of returning them. I contacted Amazon and they refunded 10% off the purchase price. This was a reasonable outcome. But better packaging would avoid this whole problem for Amazon's customers.

   Two of the CD cases arrived broken in the sealed package and I was unable to use them. About a dozen more were cracked.

   Perfs are VERY consistent, both in position and tear-ability. High quality matte stock, but inkjet colors aren't as bright as on gloss stock. Sure wish they made that!

   I have been using these exact discs inclusively for two years now in which time I have made about 240 DVD video backups and about 60 data/archival related backups for Mac OS and Windows Xp SP2, they burn reliably at 16x and higher every time. Have successfully burned these discs at up to 26x in my Pioneer DVR-112D in both XP and OSX (highly recommend this drive for use with these discs) Zero coasters out of 3 spindles and still going strong. Excellent printing quality when used with HP C5280 with slot loading disc tray. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make high quality, durable video backups.

   These are the worst DVD's ever purchased. I bought 2 50 packs and the first had 80% failure rate, I returned the other package. I called Memorex and they replaced the defective ones with Imation brand which worked perfectly, but it was a hassle & time to get them replaced. I'll never buy Memorex branded DVD's again.

   Printable DVDs
   These printable DVDs are good burn quality and print quality. I would surely buy them again. So far no mis-burns with Memorexs.
   Pros: inexpensive

   out of the two pack that I received i,ve had two disc that would not work . I 'M HAPPY WITH EVERY THING ELSE

   The cases are great, slim and easy to use. However, I guess because I ordered two of these (200 cases) they sent them in the box they came in. So, there was no extra padding like there is when they pack the box for you. So, in all we lost about 20 cases to cracking and breaking. Since I had a project to do that needed 200 CD's, I didn't appreciate having to go out and buy 20 more at Staples!

   The price of the product was great but quite a few of the jewel cases were damaged upon arrival. I am not sure if this was the fault of the shipping company or the deliverer but this brought the rating down.
