Stemming from a rigorous selection of some of best lots of estate grown fruit, this wine is now focal point of effort to create a true flagship wine. Since it is a blend of some of nicer lots from my vineyard, it drinks a bit like Ocean's Ghost; baked dark cherries with suggestions of cinnamon and sarsaparilla. After it's open for a while, oak comes together with fruit, creating a nice mocha quality.

2013 Central Coast Chardonnay has a super enticing nose with tropical notes contributed from north and mineral notes contributed by south. On palate wine is, dare say, fat, with girth that is bolstered by a full malolactic fermentation and a good six months of lees contact. Mouthwatering flavors of pineapple and citrus that dance long into finish.
beautiful ruby red color and complex fruit in this wine shows why Santa Barbara County is such a perfect domain for classic Pinot Noir. nose shows dark cherries with an array of spices. mouth is weighty with long flavors that follow suit. It's perfect for pairing with a wide variety of foods.
Many of those who looked to Dr. Babcock for help and inspiration have asked that some of his words might be put into permanent form ;this book is the simple outgrowth of that request. The sources from which selection could be made are few. Dr. Babcock ssermons were preached from full, but intricate, notes, which no one else could develop, and he had written no book. Many of the selections have been already printed in the Sunday-S chool Times, The Brown Memorial Monthly, The Christian Endeavor World, and Forward; and grateful acknowledgment is due to these publications. Appreciation and thanks are also due to those who have contributed from notes made at public services many of the most helpful phrases, and to those who have shared personal letters.(Typographical errors above are due to OCR software and don't occur in the book.)About the PublisherForgotten Books is a publisher of historical writings, such as: Philosophy, Classics, Science, Religion, History, Folklore and Mythology.Forgotten Books' Classic Reprint Series utilizes the latest technology to regenerate facsimiles of historically important writings.
