Guitar Pedals & Effects - Guitar effects pedal specialist Jeorge Tripps designed the Way Huge Echo-Puss Analog Delay as an easy-to-use, flexible delay pedal that delivers the adjustable parameters guitarists demand. Known for his innovative and sometimes unconventional techniques, Tripps gave the Echo-Puss up to 600ms of organic analog delay with a pair of gravelly-voiced bucket brigade chips. The Echo-Puss pedal also features a fully tweakable Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO) circuit that allows you to add a liquid texture to the sound of repeats. If you want to add another dimension to your guitar effects, check out the Way Huge Echo-Puss Analog Delay Pedal.Way Huge Echo-Puss Analog Delay Pedal at a Glance:Organic analog delay tone by classic bucket brigade circuitryLFO modulation circuit provides spectacular chorus effectsVersatile fine-tuning with a simple user interfaceOrganic analog delay tone provided by classic bucket brigade circuitryUnlike the classic Way Huge Aqua-Puss delay pedal, the Echo Puss comes with two low-headroom bucket brigade chips instead of one. This design allows the delay signal to naturally break up a bit. In addition, the natural tendency of bucket brigade technology makes the repeats sit back in the mix, adds fullness, and cuts off some of the high frequencies. As a result, the Way Huge Echo-Puss lets you get a warm vintage delay tone.LFO modulation circuit provides spectacular chorus effectsWith the fully tweakable Low Frequency Oscillator modulation circuit, you can add more to your delay tone, ranging anywhere from subtle modulation to pitch-shifting chorus effects. Combined with the tone and blend knobs, this modulation circuit can deliver another dimension to your wet delay signal.Versatile fine-tuning with a simple user interfaceThe Way Huge Echo-Puss Analog Delay pedal is designed specifically to cater toward guitarists who want an easy-to-use pure analog delay with extra control and versatility. From the manufacturer: For over 30 years, the Deluxe Memory Man set the benchmark for sweet, organic, analog delay and modulation. Then EHX raised the bar with the addition of Tap Tempo, Expression Control and an Effects Loop. The Deluxe Memory Man w/Tap Tempo 1100mS was born and the best got even better. The Deluxe Memory Man w/Tap 1100mS is, however, only occasionally available and subject to our ability to find the very rare NOS IC’s it requires. That’s why we’ve created the new Deluxe Memory Man 550-TT. It shares all the powerful features of the 1100mS unit, except for its longer delay time.550 stands for its maximum delay time in milliseconds and that’s the same spec as the classic Deluxe Memory Man. Tap Tempo guarantees you’re always in sync with the groove, wherever a performance (or your rhythm section) takes you. Five Tap Divide subdivisions deliver rhythmic variation while an Expression Pedal input provides real-time player control over Blend, Rate, Depth, Feedback and Delay. The FX Loop lets you insert effects into your wet signal without changing your dry signal. Sure to be prized by serious aficionados of lush delay and modulation, the new Deluxe Memory Man 550-TT leads the way to analog perfection.

500 Series Processors - The original Eventide 1745 digital delay line and its variants were an indispensable ingredient of the sound of the '70s. Now, the Eventide DDL-500 lets you juice your recordings with up to ten seconds of pristine delay at 192kHz, with the convenience of the 500 Series format. The DDL-500 is a unique design that limits the digital circuitry to just the chips required for delay. Everything else is analog. The DDL-500 gives you up to 160 seconds of delay, and flexible controls, including soft-saturation clipping, a lowpass filter, feedback, an insert loop, relay bypass, and a 20dB boost. There are countless classic records that employ DDLs for everything from subtle thickening to outrageous stereo soundscapes. Go create a classic of your own, with the Eventide DDL-500.Eventide DDL-500 500 Series Digital Delay Line at a Glance:Analog circuitry, tons of sonic flexibilityDelay times of up to 160 seconds - great for loopingAnalog circuitry, tons of sonic flexibilityAt the top sample rate of 192kHz, the DDL-500 gives you ten seconds of pristine delay. In keeping with today's audiophile sensibilities, Eventide's design team pared down the amount of digital circuitry to the bare minimum, with the unit's digital circuitry limited to just the chips required for delay. The DDL-500's soft-saturation clipping, low pass filter, feedback, insert loop, relay bypass, and 20dB boost are all pure analog. With all of its functions - except the delay itself - implemented in the analog domain, the DDL-500 is a digital delay that - its pristine 192kHz sonics notwithstanding - retains much of the "analog soul" of its trail-blazing 1970s ancestors. Delay times of up to 160 seconds - great for loopingSporting sample rates adjustable from 192kHz down to 12kHz, the Eventide DDL-500 lets you smoothly vary your delay time manually, or by connecting an LFO to DDL-500's remote input - perfect for for flanging and comb filter effects. Unlike its vintage progenitors, in which the nascent digital technology of the day only allowed for scant milliseconds of delay time, the DDL-500 is capable of extremely long delays - up to 160 seconds at a 16kHz sample rate, letting you capture relatively lengthy musical passages for looping and other inspired uses. The Maxon AD999 is the only 900 millisecond, current-production analog delay on the market. From bathtub slapback to sound-on-sound texturing, to runaway, spaceship feedback loops, nothing even comes close to the AD999.
Originally designed by Bob Moog and released in 2000, the Classic MF-104 Analog Delay was manufactured as a limited edition release of 1000 units. A special "Bucket Brigade" delay chip was employed allowing the effect to remain completely analog. Unfortunately, the supply of these chips was limited and the final MF-104 sold in 2001.

The Replica utilizes truly amazing circuitry to create the most amazing delay. Unlike other digital units that use a DSP chip to sample at 44.1 kHz, the Replica uses 2 Burr Brown 24-bit converters (1 Analog to Digital; 1 Digital to Analog) to sample at an unprecedented rate of 200 kHz! In order to maintain full dynamics, the signal is routed from the input ADC directly into RAM, where it is manipulated (according to the unit's settings) and then routed directly to the Output DAC. The circuitry is entirely analog, with the exception of the 24-bit converters and RAM. An input pad switch can be engaged (attenuation of -10 dB) for studio use.
