   I bought this piece a year ago, but after the first use it was rendered useless. The first time I used it both the top and side handles ripped out. It was packed with clothes and normal toiletries, and was not expanded. Simply, lifting the bag by the handles was enough for them to rip out. The bag is difficult to manage now since it is nearly impossible to be picked up by any normal means. It's an overpriced name brand that is not worth it! Please look elsewhere because this bag is worthless!
