Players have to choose between comfort and performance when choosing the right cleats. While playing, the cleat should not allow the foot to move too much. The cleats of these shoes have a flat and gum rubber sole for good traction on indoor fields and are required to avoid destroying the expensive surface during indoor play.
• Molded cleats are the basic soccer shoe design. They provide players with control and traction and are made of hard plastic or non-removable rubber attached at the bottom. You can wear these cleats on all surfaces and in any weather.
• Detachable cleats come with studs on the bottom that can be detached and can be worn or removed depending on the field type. These are made of hard plastic and come with metal tips.

It does not matter which brand you choose to buy as long as it is comfortable and helps you to prevent injuries.
